Find A Sleep Care Center
Most people with sleep disorders are undiagnosed and untreated. Of these, more than 30 million have chronic insomnia, 18 million have sleep apnea and 12 million have Restless Legs Syndrome. Fewer than one in five Americans with sleep apnea are diagnosed, and the rates of diagnosis for insomnia and RLS are even lower. If you have difficulty sleep or would like to improve the quality of your sleep, talk to your doctor.
